Gonzalo Argüelles Navarro is a Junior Software Developer at Geomni, with a passion for technology and a background in electronics. He recently transitioned into web development after gaining knowledge in user experience and product design. Gonzalo is eager to continue developing his professional and personal skills through web programming and creating functional products using the technologies he learned at Ironhack. His technical skills include HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, MongoDB, React, Express, NodeJS, and GitHub. Gonzalo's previous experience includes working as a Full-stack Developer at Ironhack, where he completed three projects, including designing and developing a video game using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, building a server-side rendered web app using ExpressJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, and Handlebars, and creating a React single-page app using ReactJS, MongoDB, Mongoose, ExpressJS, and NodeJS. He also worked as a UX/UI Designer at Neoland, where he applied different UX methodologies such as Design Thinking, Design Sprint, and Lean UX. Gonzalo has experience in research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and testing using tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Marvel, and Hotjar. He is familiar with the main accessibility guidelines and has experience with grid design and Material Design and iOS patterns. Gonzalo also has a degree in Industrial and Automatic Electronics from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and completed a Bootcamp in UI/UX Design at Neoland and a Bootcamp in Web Development at Ironhack. With almost three years of relevant experience, Gonzalo is a motivated and detail-oriented developer with a strong foundation in software engineering, web development, UI/UX design, and research. He is continuously learning and improving his skills to become a well-rounded developer who can create functional and user-friendly products.
